How do you work out the timings? Can I just put a lot? {hopeful} I don't have time for me let alone this bloody form.

I am knackered, and sat at a 45degree angle as ds finally conked out twiddling my hair and making robot noises in my ear.

I so want to post this form, can't wait to see the back of it.

PLEASE HELP!

Its awful isnt it

I just went for it one page at a time until it was done

Re timings - I was advised by friends to base it on the worst week possible - guess basically

I am all done except for the timings boxes. Sigh.

For most of the sections I think I just put "throughout" as things like needing supervision, preventing them from injuring themselves etc just go on all day.

The night time part is probably the bit where the time makes a big difference. Anything less than about 20 mins at a time and they don't count it, so remember to add how long the entire night-time process takes, eg changing pyjamas and bedding, calming them down, going through particular routines, waiting for them to go back to sleep etc.

I kept a pad and jotted timings down - but then it took months for me to collate!! I think you can use constantly and throughout the day (meaning on and off throught the day/ or night) if it is too often to count. When working out the night times I counted the time I had to be awake - including stuffing the next wash on and listening out for ds.
It was getting (the form) started that was so hard!

Thanks that helps, am I right thinking that I should split it into 16hrs in the day, and 8 in the night?

On the supervision during the day I put 16 hrs, does that sound right?

I am so irked at how HARD they make it for us to get our kids the help they need. Good job I'm bloody stubborn.
