After another weekend of aggression and meltdwons we have realised we need to shift ds1's therapies and approachess as he isn't functioning.

Hiring a tutpor etc is out due to funds but how much can I learn and or do myself? I am at home atm. Have ordered a book on FBA- any recommendations?

I don't know if the NL R&W program even exists any more, very few children (being less "ASD typical") did it, even 10 years ago. I have a very good friend whose daughter did it and know someone else whose son did it and she tutored him. I could always ask her for info if you can't track it down. But there may be something similar called something else!!?

Is Nina Lovaas the wife of the man himself?
I know his son works in this field.

Yes, Nina is Ivar's wife.
