DD,s renewal form arrived last saturday,i put it in the kitchen on the windowsill and ive been trying to gear myself up to do it,but i dont want to.

i always end up feeling depressed when i fill these in,not looking for sympathy just offloading cos i know you lovely people understand.

ive set myself tomorrow morning to do it for a couple of hours then its out of the way.

Good luck filling them out - I posted mine 2 weeks ago after putting it off for ages. It is depressing filling them out but a great relief when they're done and gone!

It is an awful thing to have to do....writing everything down makes it all seems more real somehow.?? Im told the statementing process is equality as traumatic but weve yet to go through that!!

I really rushed our renewal cos I hated doing it!!

yes i can vouch for the statementing process as they like you to go into detail of baby and toddler years, when you first noticed things "werent right" etc etc, hopefully tho statementing only needs to be done once.

i hope that this time they award DD for a min of 5 years so i dont have to go through the procedure again in another 2/3 years, and im also a tad worried about what the school will put cos they play everything down so ive been told and put positive things, which is good and nice but doesnt help you get the award your child is entitled to.
