Started a new thread as the old one said Feb.
At the moment we are meeting on Monday 21 Feb at Pizza Express in Broadgate (nr to Dino's work).
So far it is:
Me + DD
Dinosaur
Beccaboo

Anyone else? What time does everyone need to arrive/leave?

I'd still like to come please. How do we find each other? (I know you two have met previously)

heartinthecountry · 18/03/2005 14:21

I could still make it but also happy to postpone....

Keane · 18/03/2005 14:27

I cant come either as dd doesnt break up until 23rd, i have got comletely mixed up with the term breaks

dinosaur · 18/03/2005 15:09

What the hell, let's do it anyway!

I could be there about 12.30 p.m.

3mum, why don't I book a table, then when you get there you can ask for me. I won't book it in the name of dinosaur, if you don't mind (!) - my real name is Rosie!

So, how many am I booking a table for? Four adults plus a highchair for one tot?

lou33 · 18/03/2005 15:24

i might possibly be able to come with ds2 and dh now, we have an appointment in london for ds2, that we had forgotten about in the afternoon. What time is it again?

lou33 · 18/03/2005 15:26

12.30 could be possible, our appt is at 3.30 at chelsea and westminster hospital. Does anyone know what disabled parking rules apply in the city? Are they different to the rest of london?

heartinthecountry · 18/03/2005 16:39

Lou - I found this link which tells you about parking in the City. Looks like you have to park in specific bays.

lou33 · 18/03/2005 17:20

thanks hitc, i found one too. Really must get an answer from him tonight, he is wavering now because of having to pay congestion charge as well as trouble parking, so will pin him down later for a definite answer one way or another.

lou33 · 18/03/2005 17:24

just found out that blue badge holders are exempt from paying, but you have to pay £10 as a one off fee! Seeing as we hardly ever go into the congestion charge area it doesn't seem worth it, would rather pay the fiver.

Davros · 19/03/2005 17:35

I'm still on for it. 12.30 is fine but I could get there a bit earlier if anyone else wants to meet earlier. I will have to leave by 2pm. Pain about the parking and congestion charge Lou. I forgot about the £10 registration, I registered at the start and there was a certain amount of time when it was free.

just realised we can't make it anyway as ds2 doesn't finish nursery til 1. I would keep him off but he was off sick last week, so i really want him to go this time. Sorry to mess you about.

Davros · 19/03/2005 17:40

BTW, meant to say that if anyone has tried to email me direct (I'm sure no-one has!), I haven't been getting any email since last Tuesday. Annoying but strangely liberating! Still have access to internet and MN.

I will be there about 12.30....

Blossomhill · 20/03/2005 20:22

Feel really awful as I won't be able to make it
Dd has her performance "Little bird" and it would so tight trying to get to the meet afterwards.
Really want to see everyone though.....

beccaboo · 20/03/2005 21:23

Sorry, nothing's changed on babysitting front so I'm not going to be able to make it. . See you all next time hopefully.

heartinthecountry · 21/03/2005 08:31

Sorry guys - I know this is really lame but I'm going to bow out. I just have loads to do and have just realised that with Easter next weekend (and going away) I'm running out of time to do it.

Have a good lunch and 3mum sorry not to meet you.

Davros · 21/03/2005 09:24

Hi everyone. Have just sent Dino an email but not sure its her work email. I might have a problem as I have to go to the Dr at 11am for emergency appt. I was really ill last Thurs and thought it had gone away but has come back this morning. Also my email isn't receiving to complicate things. If you see this Dino, or anyone else planning on going today, email me at [email protected] with mobile numbers. I might still be able to make it, although I won't be able to eat anything(!), but maybe better to cancel. What does everyone think?

OP posts:
dinosaur · 21/03/2005 09:38

Well, that looks like just 3mum and me! 3mum, what do you think?

dinosaur · 21/03/2005 09:38

Davros · 21/03/2005 09:42

Just found your mobile number from old email. Its on message service but then I saw your message here. I'll phone you after the Dr unless you decide to cancel anyway.

OP posts:
dinosaur · 21/03/2005 09:44

Davros I'm really sorry I haven't got my mobile with me at work today - I know, what a lemon. Can you remember my real name - if so you can ring me on 020 7374 8000 (obviously that's not a direct line, as I don't want to put my direct line on here).

I won't cancel if there is any chance you can make it!

3mum · 21/03/2005 10:01

I'm easy either way Dinosaur. I work in the City so its easy for me to get there and today is clear for me or if you would rather reschedule at a time when more people can come thats fine too.
