DD has CP and although we do all sorts during the day at night she sleeps any way she can get comfy, but now we are wondering if we should be controlling how she sleeps to improve her posture, especially to help her spine and hips stay aligned. Has anyone done this themselves and seen any benefit? the stories on the website look really interesting and conclusive that something amazing has happened to those kids. Our physio went on a course about it and is raving about it too. i guess it makes sense that you spend that much of your time in bed that it pays to get posture correct.
This is the website from the people doing the training courses who are championing the idea: www.posturalcareskills.com/65332/63897.html
Any thoughts?
