Winnie, i picke dit up in thailand for a silly price, he was so pleased he was shaking when he realised what it was!

am feeling much better dino, thanks. It was great. Emotional and hard at times but that was good for me as well as seeing how things have progressed for the better. Got fantastic welcome in phuket and they had a party for me the night before i left, so my plan of being home for 11.30 was scuppered and changed to 2am , even then only because i insisted i had to go and pack as i was leaving at 10!

no i wont be able to make it as dh is going out there on the 23rd for the same amount of time , he said i inspired him to confront his own issues.

I have posted on the bye bye lou thread while i was away with a few updates though.
