What do you think about this ?

In some ways, I actually feel happier - knowing that I have survived a traumatic event like realising a child has a serious developmental disorder but if his ASD was more severe I don't know if the same would apply but you only really know what your own situation is like.

I'm not offended - takes much more than that!

That's interesting. I guess I broadly agree with it. My aunt, who has been physically disabled with polio for most of her life, has this saying about how if you and everyone else you know all had to throw your troubles in a pot, you would choose your same troubles again, and I think that's more or less how I feel.

Mine is the same, it must be a male thing. But he is right 50% of the time and I am right the other 50 %
