have only posted a few times on here, but do lurk from time to time

I'm just starting to make a few more photo and picture cards for dd2 and have been laminsting them. But when you cut them into cards, the corners are so sharp, aren't they? dd2 spends all her time noticing the edges and saying 'ouch', rather than looking at the pictures (and obviously I don't want her to cut herself either!)

Does anyone know a better way of doing it, or is there some device I can get to round off the edges?
Thanks!

You can get smaller laminating pouches, ID card size, so that you can laminate them individually

I was wondering that too, have got a new laminator that I've not used yet! thanks Pillock.

credit card size

PillockOfTheCommunity · 17/06/2008 21:41

We have a few at work that used to be used for ID cards, have found they are the perfect size for laminating mini copies of passports when you go on hols!

Only don't forget, you'll need a carrier, a piece of cardboard sort of thing that you put them inside to get them through the laminator, they usually come with one.

a bit bigger, A6 size

nuru · 17/06/2008 21:48

wow! that's great! think the A6 ones should be perfect :0

just a mention - but most craft shops sell 'corner rounder' punches, usually around £3 or less.

that sounds promising - thanks, will have a look
