KM read the article. she will have asupport boat with her. also she has done stuff like this before. good on her I say. why shouldn't disabled people do this stuff.

But this is why this lady is so remarkable. She obviously understands what her physical limitations are, and yet she has still found a way to achieve her sailing ambitions.

I bet Elf 'n' Safety are wringing their hands...

I agree with riven, she is slightly crazy! But it looks like she is getting a hell of a lot of fun out of it! I'm awestruct really, I've cared for a couple adults with quadroplegia. They certainly didn't sit out of sight in a comfty chair all day long, but I certainly can't imagine how they could ever sail for 18 hours a day! There are so many issues to think about.
