Time blindness

Not sure if this is the right section for this but here goes! My lovely son was diagnosed at 18 with ADHD. He takes medication for it but I'm not sure how much it's helping really. He's back home for the summer and I'm finding his time blindness very difficult to deal with. He is chronically late for everything but when I try to tell him how it affects everyone round him, he either gets upset or minimises it. I understand it is part of his condition but I am desperate for some strategies, for him and for me, that might help.

Has DS tried alarms on his phone or a smart watch?

Some find Brain in Hand helpful. If DS is at university it can be funded via DSA.

Thanks perpetual. Alarms and smart watch haven't really worked but I'd love to know more about Brain in Hand.

Brain in Hand’s website can explain better than I can. It has lots of different aspects to it, so some might not be relevant to DS.
