Can anyone tell me in simple terms what my childs report says. I get overwhelmed with all the wording..
We have the recommendations so can follow those but just want to understand it in very basic terms

What does the process and transpose symbolic information - symbolic information processing weakness
mean, in simple terms

In some cognitive tests the person is asked to look at and take in (process) information and fill in boxes with the right information relevant to the number (transpose). Like this.

Ah I see.. So how does that specific issue affect his learning?
If all the other areas are within normal expectations?
Just want to fully understand so I can make sure he's getting support at school

It can make learning more challenging in terms of keeping their attention on the task, speed of processing, speed of working, recognising patterns. Some can find things like copying from the board difficult or things like drawing diagrams.

The report should make recommendations.
