Mandatory Reconsideration for Mobility

Hi, I'm looking for some help with a mandatory reconsideration for High Rate Mobility.
My daughter is 15 and already gets HRC & LM for Autism, ADHD & multiple co occurring conditions but in March she was diagnosed with POTS and potentially rheumatoid arthritis (this isn't confirmed as it's a year wait to see a paediatric rheumatologist) but we do have an appointment for Feb next year.
I did a COC and was refused HM - the reason being is she can walk. I agree she can walk, but not without being in lots of pain and not very far, some days she can't get out of bed. She's flaring all the time in her joints because she's currently untreated and when she stands up or stands for short amounts of time she sometimes faints because of POTS.

Could anyone advise me on how best to disagree with the refusal, I really thought I'd put alot of detail into explaining how it affects her daily life on top of everything else 😔

Can you get a consultant to write a report or a letter to back up what your saying about her being in pain?

Her camhs clinician is going to do a report explaining about her dyspraxia and problems with balance as she has an assessment report detailing her poor motor skills etc, they are also going to write about how the pain and mobility issues affect her mental health and anxiety. I've also asked her occupational therapist to write a report too.

i think that’s the best course of action to take as you have medical professionals backing up her difficulties I hope they take these reports into consideration with their decision

You will need to prove every part of the virtually unable to flowchart in this document. That is assuming the other ways (e.g. having SMI or being severely visually impaired) of qualifying for HRM don’t apply.

Thankyou for this.
