Rescue remedy for Autism/ADHD?

I've always been a bit apprehensive with medication for children but I've saw a few people talking about giving their kids rescue remedy drops and have went from having bad/terrible days at school to good days with no issues, has anyone tried this?? It states on the packaging it's for the whole family and it is all herbal, I am still quite anxious due to the fact I hate the idea of them getting reliant on something, but it's getting to the point now where something like that would be really helpful if it does work and with hopefully minimal side effects

Rescue Remedy night time gummies are good. My children have them about half an hour before bed. Definitely help to calm down.

We use the rescue remedy drops at bedtime, only started this week but have gone from 11:30pm bedtimes to 915-930pm bedtimes with my nearly 4 year old! I am now getting enough sleep at night!

My son with ADHD/anxiety has used it to help him with anxiety, he says it is helpful.

It is such a low dose it is basically homeopathy, if that helps with the safety aspect of it. I don't usually go for things like that, but I have such positive associations with this one because I used it myself in my teens and early 20s and I remember my stepmum using it for flights etc. I felt like it can't hurt, and it did seem to be helpful.

The drops are usually suspended in brandy so don't taste nice. You can put a few drops in a bottle of water, there are also no-alcohol versions available or gummies as PP said.

Oh D: I don't know why my answer immediately got hidden?
