DLA supporting evidence

I posted a few days back and got some good advice so I hope I might get some more.. Thank you in advance for any advice ...

-Is it better to provide as much supporting evidence as possible (even if out of date?) For example I have a CAMHS assessment letter from a year ago where the issues are quite different from how DC presents now. Though the cause is the same - anxiety/mental health difficulties. She is still seeing CAMHS now but has no new report that I can submit
-I have a recent ASD diagnosis letter I will include.
-I don't really have a person who knows her well. She is at a new school and has a new CAMHs therapist. Is is okay to submit without a special person?

Finally I guess some reassurance as I feel a bit cheeky applying for DLA - it isn't like she physically disabled and needs actual physical help. It is the constant reassurance, explaining, prompting that takes so much time and energy.

If you haven’t already use the Cerebra guide to complete the form.

You don’t need to include a statement from someone who knows DD, it’s not essential.

Send any evidence that is still relevant and supports what you have written on the form. If you don’t think what you have is enough evidence you could make a SAR, but don’t delay sending the DLA off, you can always send further evidence when you receive it.
