Healthy snack ideas for ADHD/sensory tween

Any ideas please?

My DC (11.5) with ADHD and sensory processing disorder is just shooting up and constantly hungry. He eats well at mealtimes (I’ve adapted my meal plans to his sensory diet well) but he’s still always hungry - especially when he comes out of school.

but because of his sensory stuff I struggle to find quick and portable things for him to eat - he falls back to bags of crisps and biscuits if left alone.

he won’t eat fruit except water melon - but that’s yucky if bought out of season. He won’t even eat raisins, biscuits with raisins or banana muffins!

he will only eat cooked veg so raw carrot and cucumber sticks are a no no too

he likes crab sticks so that’s a positive - is there anything else similar?

he won’t eat any yoghurts. No eggs.

he will only eat white toast with butter, or white bread ham sandwiches.

I can’t think! what am I missing?

Will he eat any other protein, like cheese, peanut butter or hummus? Apparently the key to satiating hunger is to add some protein and fat to a snack...
