dd's TA is so lovely. she cam with us today to see the nurse and then dd insisted I went home and TA took her to have her ears tested(she passed) she is so nice and Kind.
then I spoke to dd's keyworker at respite. shje has brought dd a xmas pressie and chatted about teen boys and made me feel so much better(she has 4 I have 1 so she knows her stuff)

How lovely! I know it's been said on here before, but one of the most positive things about living in the SN world is the fantastic people you meet.

Haven't met too many wonderful people as I live in a MS world with an SN child IYKWIM, but ds's LSA is so warm and friendly. I felt that I knew her within the first week of talking to her.

Sorry I'll take that back, I have come across some lovely people especially teachers, I sound like a right miserable sod. That's lovely about your TA 2shoes

I've been taking DS2 to have his hair cut once a week. The woman who does it used to be a TA at the special school DS2 attends. She absolutely refuses to take any money until (in her words) she can give him 'a proper haircut'. She's absolutely lovely!
