3year old DD repetitive behaviour

Opinions please, my DD will be 3 this month. There are things she does repetitively each day.

Going up the stairs has to say 'im lizzie (from tinkerbell), i hold the rail'.
Has to touch all the gaps on the banister rail.
Has to run her hand from one end of the banister to the other, if she forgets she will go back and do it.

At dinner has to ask all of us individually if we have finished.
Has to tell us when a programme has finished and we must answer.

She also keeps scratching the top of her back and chest and has broken the skin, she will itch her hands occasionally and and has a thing about the seams on her socks.
She also loves to still put things in her mouth, especially when we are outside, stones, leaves, grass, licked my shoes.... I thought this stage would be over now.

She also talks in 3rd person a lot and has a mild stammer.

any opinions/thoughts please, is this normal behavior for her age?

Talking in the third person sounds like echolalia. How much of her actual speech is functional and how much is her copying/reciting things from memory?

Ask to talk to your GP with your concerns.

Language wise, she sometimes can't answer straight questions and will give irrelevant answers, some things are phrases repeated from the TV.

When she says love you to me she says 'love you gran gran.... from jojo and gran gran on cbeebies. Unsure if she is trying to be funny or it's a concern.

Ok, ive just been unsure what usual behaviour is for her age. She dosnt attend nursery so we have knowone to compare to iyswim.

Anyone reading this have any ideas if it's anything to be concerned about?

You're describing echolalia. It is something lots of autistic children do.

There are a few concerns raised in your post. It does sound like echolalia, and the repetitive behaviour and sensory issues are also significant.

You may wish to contact SLT or HV.
