DLA for toddler hypermobility?

Hi! I wondered if anyone has ever claimed DLA for a toddler with hypermobility.
My daughter is 21 months and can’t walk, or even stand. We’ve been seeing a physio since she was 9 months old. She’ll be getting a standing frame soon, just waiting on delivery. We’re also under the care of a paediatrician and dietician, and now orthotics who have ordered her some ankle brace things to help her stand.
Technically she doesn’t have an official diagnosis of hypermobility as my physio says they won’t diagnose until age 5ish, but it definitely seems clear that this is what she has.

A friend of mine told me we’d be entitled to DLA but I’m not sure. Obviously she’s far too young for the mobility element, but I’m not sure about the care element. Any advice would be greatlly appreciated!

Hi just come across your thread thought I'd shed a light on my case
My son has a diagnosis of hypermobility on his recent paediatrics report (he can walk) the doctor knew straight away from the way he stood and his joints being extremely flexible he does tend to trip a lot etc but we have just been awarded dla for him along with his other needs autism spectrum you don't have to have an official diagnoses it's knowing you have to care more for your child than a child at the age would need if definitely apply x
