So DD (9) will often say things loud in the garden like “don’t hit me!” or sometimes at home - you never feed me, let me go to the toilet, mean parents. Just a little concerned as she will be having some sessions at school - where she’s been told she can talk about anything!!! Obviously, these things aren’t true.
In the past, she told a teacher we don’t feed her enough....she has plenty, is growing well and if anything, may be slightly overweight. 🙈

Not the same but my 6 year old who is being assessed for asd comes out with all kinds of weird stuff. He is obsessed with waffle the wonder dog where the main child characters are in a blended family. So he is convinced he has a "real dad" and a "real mum" somewhere although he keeps changing his mind who they are. Last week he said that the fitness instructor on the youtube keep fit video I watch is his "real dad". Another time he said his "real dad" drowned in the bath. No idea where he got that idea from. No advice but I understand.

Yes we have lots of get off me, stop hurting me - when I'm just standing nearby. Previous neighbours called social services so we had a nice visit from them.

yes. one of mine did. Bloody nightmare.

one of mine also used to say loudly in shops my first mum would let me buy... (insert goodies spied from trolley or pushchair) so which mum comes before the one in whose tummy you grew?
