Does anyone have any advice, or recommendations for success with daytime wetting in children (boy if that is relevant)?

We have tried buzzy watch and regular times to go to the toilet. He is able to go, undress, wee, dress, wash hands independently. He doesn't particularly have constipation (but when does, has more accidents).
He doesn't seem to have sensation of being wet, or needing to go to the toilet and isn't bothered by accidents.
We have been relatively fobbed off by community paeds, and I wonder if he needs investigations or assessment by someone - and if so, does anyone recommend anybody in SW London please?

He is obviously wet at night time too -still in pull ups!

thanks in advance

No real advice but I am in a similar position with my 7 year old. He does recognise when he needs to go to the toilet most of the time but is not bothered if he wets or soils himself. We have had weeks and even months of accident free days but they can be followed by periods of multiple accidents a day.
Have you tried doing it on a timed basis? I bought DS one of those watches which vibrates to remind you to go to the toilet but he broke it on day one. In general me reminding him to have a try doesn't work often as he mostly either gets cross with me or pretends to have a try.

Yes he's had a vibrating watch which seems to work sometimes and then doesn't. He just doesn't care I think

I think it's exactly the same with my DS he just doesn't care. Not that I want him to feel shame but he really isn't bothered at all when he has accidents.
