Attending appointments and working

So my son has ADHD and has recently been diagnosed with dyspraxia. He received HRC LRM for the last 6 years. The school has now said he doesn't require more support and had his renewal rejected. This is worrying as a single parent with no support. I will now need to work full time to pay my mortgage and I have some questions:

Do have legally have to attend school meetings about his disability these are weekly? I need to work full time and no employers with tolerate this. What happens if he is consistently late due to his disability and the fact I have to work so can no longer take him to school?

I will have to leave early in the morning my son have zero chance of getting into school on time without supervision and support. What measures can the school put in?

It's a bit of a problem I'm happy to work but the reality is I have CAMHS appointments, OT appointments etc etc. I literally will struggle to hold down a job due to his disability. If I don't work I could lose our home, which will cause huge stress to my son and I.

All the Drs and professionals reports were accurate but the school did bizarre thing by saying he requires no support. He would have recieved it as usual had the school not done that. Unfortunately for the school this will enviability cause problems due to me unable to offer the same level of support, e.g lateness, bad behaviour not dealt with due to lack of communication as I can no longer attend meetings.

My other issue is leaving him home alone he puts tins in microwaves and without a doubt is a complete danger.

Even if I was to go on a benefit like universal credit or the likes it requires me to work full time or near enough. He is disabled and needs me. I work at present but just part time which is manageable as my son is so demanding.

Any advice?

If you do go to universal credit then you will have evidence from doctors etc that your child needs the care so I think there is a limited capability group in looking for work I would personally call the jobcentre uc and enquire as its impossible like you said for appointments and working I'm in the same dilemma as you in that sense having to make the decision to give up on work as my child has global development delay and hundreds of appointments
