D's has been in melatonin for a few years. Hospital now want to monitor his sleep via a wrist monitor, and he has to go 4 nights with out his meds.
He is already kicking off after only 5 mins in bed. I know it's going to be a long hard night. Anyone here to keep me company and a bit of moral support?

Well ignored! Quiet's good, quiet's all we can ask! Hope you are well stocked with gin/Bailey's.

Eek! Result!

3 more days to.go. I'm so surprised to be honest. Hope it carries on. But then the hospital won't prescribe any more, and his (my?) safety blanket will be gone. If feel very vulnerable without some in the cupboard for the bad nights.

Tonight is not so good. He is shouting and hissing like an animal. It's 10.30. Bloody fireworks are not helping, nor is dh who is just arguing with him.
