....it was today, Friday 13th, would you credit it??

But WE WON, hurrah! she's been awarded middle-rate care for four years back dated for almost 10 months. No mobility but the claim was abit shaky so I'm not too surprised there.

I'm just pleased that her difficulties have been recognised

Well done! Good for you, fighting them all the way.

ooh congratulations!!! I bet you're glad that's over!

Chocol8 - it was a bit nerve-wracking I have to say but I'm glad I saw it through and you must too.

The doctor on the panel was lovely and he asked loads of leading questions so I think he'd already made up his mind, it was just up to me to say yes and no in the right places. The guy from the DWP was a bit cocky but the panel didn't seem too impressed with him In fact they seemed surprised that anyone had turned up, apparently they should send someone but often don't.

I was lucky with dd, we didn't have to fight. Even then,I remember I was so relieved when the decision came through-I didn't really know whether to laugh or cry! I think I did a bit of both!
Congratulations
