I think my daughter has is somewhere on the spectrum or has a SP disorder. I don't know where to go to ask for a referral?
I've said since she was about 6mo that something isn't quite right. She's just a bit off if that makes sense even now.

Here are some symptoms from the last couple of days:

Can’t look at something Unless I point and still can't follow my finger straight away
Can’t follow instruction of pass me so and so unless I point.
Is socially awkward with peers ( outside of the games, doesn’t initiate play) has had a lot of contact with children of varying ages since birth
Doesn’t like textured food, will gag or be sick
Covers ears too loud noises ( vacuum, hand dryers, drills, lawn mowers)
Unco-ordinated, clumsy, trips often problems with balance
If anyone talks to her she won’t answer unless I tell her too, one word answers only. Won’t look at them speaks to the floor and mumbles
Doesn’t answer to her name being called
Constant movement, running , jumping, hopping, foot to foot.
Watches the same cartoons over and over, pause play pause play in quick succession
No boundaries with peers will stand too close, hug, try and hold hands
No interest in people’s names doesn’t learn or ask for peers names
Everyone is her best friend
Doesn’t really play with toys.
Irrational fears - plug hole, paint on the floor outside, leaves or flowers that have fallen off trees and started decaying, shadows in the bath, anything that’s not the colour it’s supposed to be (bath water(bath bombs) bright soap) bees, flies. Causes major heartbreaking screams and crying, shaking.
Doesn't like being dirty
Doesn't like getting undressed or dressed
Has trouble staying asleep
Easily startled. If she knows you are around the corner but rounds it before she does she jumps and screams
Frequent tantrums over minor details
Obsession over
Late talker ( first words between 2 2 and a half) still behind now but better

Who do I talk to first?

Can you self-refer or ask your GP for a referral to a Paediatric Sensory OT (Occupational Therapist)

That should open the door for you. don't ask for a specific diagnosis, just take your list above and let them have a look.
