My child is dyslexic I know that but what do these results mean? How bad is the dyslexia nobody has explained it to me and what extra help should I be expecting or requesting? My child is 11 and this test was long over due. Thank you

Is usually not about how bad it is but what do they struggle with and what are their strengths? Usually their strengths help them to learn the things that are difficult another way.

Is there no written narrative? So x struggles with Y and is on 2 percentile.
They need scribe, laptop, Lexia programme etc to help.

I think the "normal" score is 100 or above dd is way below that.

The most useful score to look at is the SAS which stands for standard age score. Think of a semi circle with 100 at the apex. This is a standard score meaning the child is exactly where they should be for their age. Above that is above average and below is below. The range for the vast majority of children is between 85 and 125. 75 is a cause for concern and a score in the 60's is a major concern. Your child's spelling and reading speed are both at 65. Her working memory is 75 which is low. Working memory is how you hold information in short term memory e.g. remembering a phone number or some facts you have heard or read.
Processing is also low at 73. This concerns having to sort out information and decide what to do with it. The easiest example to give is solving maths problems e.g. if icecream cost 35p each how many will 4 cost? Think icecream is 35p. How many for 4? What do I have to do? Multiply. What do I multiply? Icecreams. Which bit? 35x 4 = 140. 140 what? Go back and start again.
This may seem exaggerated to you but it is what happens for many dyslexics. In a comprehension by the time a passage has been read, then the question, most of the passage has been lost which is what makes reading so slow.
These two issues make it very difficult to follow instructions, copy from the board, solve problems etc. I would say your child has a severe difficulty and needs specialist help from a dyslexia trained teacher. I speak as an ex senco who has worked with dyslexics for many years. please pm me to discuss this further. I may be able to offer some advice.
