Starting to worry about giving now as I have a prescription and getting the jitters. Am I getting it all blown up out of proportion?
Read about sudden death ?

that's awful. they should really let you have phone/email contact especially when you're trying to get dosage etc right. try googling the paediatrician (hopefully name is not John Smith or something like that!). You can often track down their email address that way.

I have their email and number but no response. I'm in real crisis with my son this week! Dd is stable but now my son is really struggling- says he wants to kill himself etc. I'm so helpless I don't understand why there is no help!

I have a reply and apology that the email seemed not to have come to me last week. It was a good email and so I have to believe it got lost in cyber space.
The update is we change to elvanse as the medikinet seems to be causing the behavior upset. I will keep updating as these messages may help others in the same situation. No idea what these meds will be like but I hope be a smoother journey!

Yes, definitely keep updating. I think it's really valuable. There is stuff about ADHD/meds on the internet but it tends to be a snapshot before/after/in the middle. but yours is the ongoing experience.
