DS1 ASD
School; have you thought about taking up yoga? He is clearly picking up on your stress.
I know all the experts say he has really bad anxiety but we can't see it so it can't be that bad.
Another parent, "reassuringly " He doesn't look autistic.

A"friend" of mine told me how hard it is to have 2 normal kids! She a children's nurse!

I'm a single dad so don't get as many comments about my DS aged 3 but I get a lot of looks and passive aggressive mentions via people talking to their child but obviously talking about my son.

Like the lady at a play group, before I gave up on play groups all together, whose grandson had tried to take a toy off my DS which caused a meltdown and as I was trying to calm him took her grandsons hand and said "come on away from that boy, remember how we talked about people who aren't normal like us and how they sometimes react in silly ways so leave him alone."

Ended up leaving straight away to avoid anyone seeing me break into tears over someone judging my DS and never went back again
