Ds 7 with LD has been using the toilet for wees for about 4 months but will not sit on the toilet to poo. Tried/trying lots of things to encourage him but I'm fed up of cleaning pants and trousers. He will not wear nappies and only poos at home so I'm not keen on going back to nappies so was wondering if there was something that went into the pants themselves? Thanks

You can get "slips" which are essentially like extra big sanitary towels that slip into pants for children that are incontient. If you contact your continence team through your health visitor they should be able to tell you the brand name and how to order them (if you aren't entitled to then through the NHS).

The continence team should be able to get "faecal pads" for you. Although it will probably depend on the size needed.
