buggies banned from school

I feel that if the school insist that a child is collected from within the building, then parents/carers have the right to go into the building with a buggy. If the school didn't want buggies indoors, then they should in my view make arrangements so that children can be collected without parents/carers having to enter the building.

This problem I suspect may have more of an impact on childminders, so have alerted the mumsnet childminders to your original thread.

May be interesting to see if comments from childminders are different to those of parents with only a few children.
