Ehcp advice please

Please could any explain what happens next after filling in the parental views in on the ehcp. I have spoken to nursery and they have not heard any thing yet.

I got a letter last week saying they where know asking proffessinals for advice the ep did another visit in nursery and she told me she had 6 weeks to get the information back. On the letter from the la it said that ehcp should be issued from the 6th of June.

Okay. In that case you might have to just sit tight until 6th June. It doesn't matter how and when they do what they do. Their job is to assess, gather the information and then put it into a plan which you will receive a draft of for comment.

THAT will probably be the best time to phone IPSEA or SOSSEN.

Update the inclusion did the visit she has done a report. Which I emailed to the la with his recent genetic letter. But nursery have had no funding as yet. Portage has telephoned last week saying she would visit on the 26 th. So he's had no portage visits in over 3 months and no funding to nursery. He only has 3 months left at nursery now. The 6 weeks deadline for the proffessinals advice is up this week so hopefully hear back from that. His special boots was ordered in early March and I had a appointment for the 18th but that's been cancelled because they won't have them in. Last time had to wait 6 months for his shoes. Is it just me or do all the people involved to help children with special needs just mess around.
Another example Drs thinks that he has undecended testiles and was seen by a dr in the hospital and my son wasn't really willing the dr asked me to check while he's in bath. But he doesn't like being touched then I saw another dr and they check and said he really needs a scan. But no one has arranged this
