Ahh congrats to your ds. Trousers are damn fidly!

My dd (not sn as far as we know) did a wee on her potty today and then about a minute later a larger amount on the floor!

Lisa78 · 18/05/2004 21:16

Oh well done Jimjams DS1!! Big cuddle for the clever boy!

SoupDragon · 18/05/2004 21:44

Excellent

I assume you got the "sitting on the toilet the right way round" bit sorted?

maomao · 18/05/2004 21:54

Hooray for you and your DS1, Jimjams! That's wonderful!

coppertop · 18/05/2004 21:58

Fantastic news!

goosey · 18/05/2004 21:59

That's fantastic Jimjams! And after just one day at school too! So pleased for you and him.

Janh · 18/05/2004 21:59

WOW!

Chocol8 · 18/05/2004 22:03

ROFL soupy. Yes thank goodness. Toilet is well and truly sorted (although he sometimes does a poo after going to bed - well before getting into bed while he's still running arouind his room like a lunatic- hence the need for pants under pyjamas.)

Now need to start training ds2. Have to say he is a complete dream. I told him if he did a wee or poo on the pottty he would get a sticker and he went and sat straight down on it - completely freaks me out that sort of behaviour- just not what I'm used to.

Great news

Davros · 19/05/2004 11:41

Very good news Jimjams. The only time my DS comes out of the toilet at home with trousers on is if he's still wearing shoes. I have to collect a pile of discarded clothes in the loo every other day! He also strips off the second he gets home, just like daddy! I know, too much information.
Toileting is such a major thing. Its the same for all kids I suppose, the 3 big things are eating, sleeping and sh.. toileting. Its just that ours, as usual, take longer, have more difficulty moving on, "getting it" etc. How are you going to manage to TT DS2 while you're feeling sick, ugh?

Fio2 · 19/05/2004 12:02

oh dont say you are TT ds2 it will make ME feel guilty about my ds not being trained yetWink

Brilliant!

dd (25 months) has started herself on toilet training, well if you can call it that as it just consists of removing nappy and lower clothing and peeing on the floor...

katierocket · 19/05/2004 17:27

great news jimjams

Davros · 19/05/2004 21:56

Eulalia, ROFL but not your floor!

Ghosty · 19/05/2004 22:06
