Speech and language disorder

Ds is nearly 4 and has speech and language disorder. I don't know much about it or anyone else with a child with it. I'd also love to hear from an adult to hear some success stories to keep me going.

Is there anyone anything around that could help. I'm a bit lost with it tbh

Re receptive language: private SALT was immense help for dd2, although she retains quirks in the 'use/interpretation' domains as per ASD. but the progress she made through being able to maximise joint attention was immense.

@Bilberry @Chocolate2015 @Lovethesea I'm in a similar situation right now. 5 year old DS with autism and disordered language. Just wondering how your DC developed?
