Started a thread in developmnt but some of my Sn's friends might not see it over there.

She's off, properly. Started with a couple of steps on Sunday, a couple more Monday and quite a few more Monday evening. Then her report from school came back saying "her walking was endless today"!

Thanks darling

This is the report that I got today:

"The walking has been endless today. The children in the class are delighted and have given her so much encouragment and she just beams. We are all so proud of her. A quote from one of the children 'what an exciting day'. Charlotte got the head teacher award for her fantastic achievement."

How lovely is that.

that is fabulous- knew once she got the hang of it - no holding her back!! Now dd2 will be off soon and you will be running in all directions brilliant.

lou33 · 15/11/2006 21:06

fabulous

TeeCee · 15/11/2006 21:12

What did I say - they'd be taking their first steps together. Eve started 2 weeks ago. Literally they started walking properly within 2 weeks of each other.

My stomach just lurched but with a surge of excitment. I can't wait to go to bed tonight so I can lie down and just think about this and how it's going to be over & over

Oh yeah Edisvold DD2 is already off! She doesn't stop, well only when she falls but she walks everywhere, in a funny mad little way that only a 10 month old can!

Brilliant news!

macwoozy · 15/11/2006 23:57

marvelous

eidsvold · 16/11/2006 07:40

TC - dd2 has a right little mincy waddle on her that looks cute on a toddler - all she needs is a handbag over her arm and she would look like a little old lady.

SO when is the wedding - you did say it would happen when lotbags could also walk down the aisle [arms folded in a motherly concerned nosy way emoticon]

sassy · 16/11/2006 07:56

Yay!

Well done that girl!

Delighted for you TC.

sassy · 16/11/2006 07:58
