Having a look on the internet but not coming up with much

I once saw a pic of a little girl on a pink one!

Ellie is 5, can't pedal, no were near peddling, and even if she is ever able to she would just ride off in any direction lol

I want a sn one for her, 3 wheels, were I can still push or pull it, maybe with a belt around her waist

any ides?

Thanks

They are supposed to help you with getting a grant. I have to say the people who work there are not marvellously efficient though - although the bikes are good, the admin is a bit ropey and disorganised.

I hope you can get something sorted out.

I am in contact with some one from The Meningitis Trust, I may apply for a grant off them to get one

We got a large Winther trike from here:
www.e-quip4education.co.uk/acatalog/Viking_Trikes.html
for our son for his 4th birthday, the man who runs the company was helpful and it arrived very quickly. We started off looking for a 'proper' trike but decided he needed something between a ride on and big trike eg a pashley pickle. We have let him ride it inside and out in the garden over the summer and his steering is getting good, he now sits on the saddle properly and is starting to put his feet on the pedals. Not cheep but cheaper than a custom made trike and very very sturdy.

Someone else we had contact was the man from www.wisewheels.co.uk but he was supposed to come and see us but didn't- didn't chase him as we had decided to get a winther trike.

Our next step when he has the hang of it and needs something more like a proper bike/trike will probably be a pashley pickle. Worth keeping an eye on ebay as there seem to be trikes for SN in fair condition.

My daughter cant peddle but we had a SN trike with footplates on the peddles that you strapped her feet into. This gave her good excercise as the trike we had had a parent handle that you couild attatch to the front or back of the trike. If you attatch to the front you have control and can pull along as well.
