Our school uses that and not Jolly Phonics.. Am on their site and trying to get my head round it.. The fact that our 5 yr old is non verbal with severe learning difficulties makes things harder..

Any tips on how to start?

zzzz - you think she will be able to spell? e.g just copy 'ball'?

1 - I spell b a l l using the wooden letters or flash cards
2 - I say "b a l l - ball, now dd you spell ball"
3 - She picks the letters
4 - I go mad and dance and say "dd, you spelt b a l l ball, here's your ball"
Do you think that can work?
