DS AS and ADHD likes zombies (nothing graphic more like stick figures) well he has a children's book on zombies and my 2 nearly 3 yo speech delayed dd pointed to the picture in the book and said 'zombie'

Sorry but I think that's great she said zombies Grin.

I have a just 3 year old dd who up until recently was non verbal. So at the moment I don't care what's said tbh as long as its a word.

Oh and you need to try a lot harder to be embarrassing. Wink

Zombie's are so fashionable right now, seems like you and your DC are bang on trend.

Trust me, 'zombie' is much better than 'no like', which is what my 2 year old says about everything at the moment.

Has your dd figured out that zombie is a cool and important word in your household?

My severely language delayed DS could have come out with a string of expletives at that age and I'd have cheered :o

All my 2 year old can say is "All gone". Hopefully "zombie" will be part of her vocabulary soon. Might get the SALT to add it to her list.
