Ds with ASD has written these. I thought these were quite insightful from the mind/feelings of a child with ASD.
"This world is full of idiots not understanding life as it is and taking it for granted only knowing pain and suffering shall come for there selfishness. What is life if there is no meaning, no answers and no peace. Everyone has a issue but some more than a issue....a problem and problems turn into anger, depression and frustration causing this world to be a dark, gloomy and violent place. Find your happiness and let it out, don't let yourself be bullied by life, fight back"
and another
"I feel like feelings are elements lonely is ice, evil is dark, anger is fire, calm is water. Feelings can be a bunch of things, colours, animals, even letters, but i think feelings are things that help us to explain things quicker and easier.
Say if you were upset just say "im upset" and they will understand completely we are told. When you explain why you are upset, people don't want to get involved and just walk away. If they ask why, sometimes they just say that as an act of friendliness to like a good friend. That's why i only explain my proper feelings to family cause i can trust them.
Sometimes people just say "ok" or a friendly nod but they don't care so why don't they just it since i am expected to reveal my true feelings, why don't they. I don't care if they are mean to me, you have to express emotions in order to be understood"
