Ds1 has asd, apd, high IQ, bad anxiety. Not failing, not disruptive so school won't put in the help he needs.

We are going to have to apply for a statement but I am worried about doing it my self, on ADs etc.

I am looking for someone I pay to help me but who works to get it done without just pushing for tribunals unless they are absolutely necessary. Any recommendations?

We are kent/London boarders.

You could try Gloria vessey - she will only negotiate with LA pre-tribunal. Sorry on phone and can't link.

Thankyou. Will have look. Really need someone who can do both, but wary that many of them push for tribunal as that's where they make most of their money.

Fiona Slomovic is your best bet, but she is very busy at the moment.

Advocates tend to pride themselves on tribunals avoided.

Solicitors on the other hand..........are more variable.

I agree with icimoi - Fiona Slomovic. I have used her, her SA submission on my behalf was brilliant. Send her an email she will get back to you within a few days. I really recommend her. Google her and you will find her website.

Thankyou. Will contact her. Any other suggestions?
