Well, finally got DS1 statement appeal in (Thank you all for advice and support over the past 4 years!) Need to ask what you'd do for DS2!

DS2 is in reception. falls easily, walks the majority of time on tip toes. He is slightly hypermobile and he does have insoles in his shoes.

He has a slight tremor in his hands, seems to be a concentration thing.

Teachers have to give him specific instructions, he cannot follow the group instruction. It's hard for them to get his attention. For example, when they're reading a book in a small group, even then he struggles to follow.

More worryingly they've also mentioned a lack of eye contact and I have to say this is more noticeable with him than in DS1 (dx ASD, SPD +++).

Speech: the only thing here is that he seems to not be able to find the words he is about to say. You can see him thinking about it, but not able to get the words out all the time. Happens more at some times than others.

He's learning his phonics etc at a much better pace than DS1, and he's probably at the lower end of the class but not worryingly so (I hope).

He's a very good boy. Never seems to get into trouble. Have to say, I would be shocked if there was something with him purely on the basis that he's so compliant, but then I only have DS1 to go off.
