Dyslexia, ADD - vitamin supplements question!

So sorry to all you guys that are constantly answering questions about vitamins! So my 3 beauty's have Vegepa orange chewables, Floradix Saludynam and the Floradix multivitamin. At maxiumum dose this is quite expensive! Any good alternatives without artificial sweeteners, colours etc you can recommend? And also, mine have the whole lot before they go to school, is it imperative I spread it out throughout the day? Just this is so much easier for them. Must say after reading loads of your 'chats' about this subject, made a huge difference to the two of mine (number 3 I just give the multivitamin and EPA, feel bad not boosting him too!) thank you! : )

My son is 10 and ADHD. Definitely omega supplements have helped him. To be honest, I looked for highest EPA etc in each dose and made sure no artificial gunk either. They are not a magic pill and I have always maintained his diet has been the most important area for him and also the amount of sleep he gets. Those two together should really helps all kids, regardless of needs. I would stick to suggested dose and how they tell you to take them as your body will only absorb what it can and if you are overdosing in the morning, the body will dispel what it doesn't need so you're probably waiting that dose. Holland and Barrett are really good at advising on this, and will tell you highest EPA etc that each brand contains. Good luck!

Thanks! Likewise have cracked down on the diet for the last 3 months, must say it's been great and they just get it. Just about to order the liquid multivits, £84 to get 3 kids through the month.. Wondering if just the fish oils, good diet etc will do : / very expensive! But for sure I will dose now as recommended rather than all in the morning.
Cheers
