Have you heard of it?

Is there any evidence, be it anegdotal, that it works?

Expensive quackery.
'Case studies' are not evidence.

I went to a talk about it. It sounds kind of like it 'could' work but they have no I dependant studies or real science proof. For 2k it's a expensive thing that surely they could afford to 'prove' if its as good as they say. If I had money to blow I'd be tempted but its a massive amount of money you could put into ot, salt etc

My niece did the program for about 2 years. She has a genetic disorder that leads to devlopment issues.

her parents believe it was valuable and helped. There is no way of knowing if her improvement and devlopment would have been the same without it.

the theory is sound, but is not scientifically proven I guess.

can you be put into contact with people who used it as adults and ask them how they felt it helped improve their lot.....diffi ukt when its a child as they are still developing anyway.

2k will purchase a course of evidence based OT from someone really reputable, qualified etc, etc. I know this as I've been saving hard to do just that!

Cerabra, the family fund and the caudwell charity can signpost some OT style therapy sources. Even if self funded at least you have the reassurance then of knowing they are considered worthy of funding due to results for other kids iyswim.

Personally would not touch it with a barge pole.
There is no longitudinal research to support it.
Despite the defining proof having been just over the horizon for more years than I can remember.
