Best occupational therapy toys for 3-5 at home

We live abroad and have relatives visiting in less than a month. It's hard to get/ship stuff over here. DS is just three, HFA, hypersensitive palms, hypo sensitive elsewhere, clumsy and gross/fine motor problems, has problems motor planning and 'firing' his quads and lower arm/upper back, forearms and hand muscles.

We are reading the out of sync child and out of sync child has fun. Want to get a peanut exercise ball and a textured air cushion to sit on - any suggestions? We have/can get NT toys like Mr Potato head, blocks, Lego, play dough, Thomas trains, toy kitchen and food , play tent.... It's more specific therapy toys/ stuff we might not have thought of...

Relatives offered to buy leap pad but I don't think more screen time is a good idea.

Has anyone got any great suggestions for therapy toys? If amazon UK stock, even better as we have some vouchers. Need to fit in suitcase.

Thanks in advance.

Wobble cushion: is this the sort of thing we need?

The Melissa and Doug latches board is fab - if you want to hone an escape artist!

The Disc-o-sit is a good multipurpose air cushion. Knobbly on one side and doubles as something to sit on and something to stand and exercise on. If you want to use it for standing and have full size dining chairs to put it on, then get the adult, rather than the kid one.

That one's similar to the disc-o-sit, though it has much bigger knobles on it. It's a lot cheaper, mind!

Marble runs (we have a lovely wooden Haba one but it was expensive) however it has lasted many years. Automoblox car (assemble with magnets good for fine motor and planning). Tap tap djeco do lovely ones often on sale online. You can get cheaper but djeco is really rather lovely. Kumon craft books eg let's cut paper, let's cut and paste plus spring scissors. Early learning centre often rip off other toys and worth a look they have pretty much copied Melissa and Doug make.

Thanks for great suggestions.
Got foil blanket, easi grip scissors, nylon juggling scarves (so he can catch in slow-mo), stretchy lizards (grip and pul fine motor), tangle fiddle toy, rainbow slinky spring, marble run, latches board, koosh ball. Will try local physio for wobble cushion and peanut ball as think adults use them so might stock? There are so many great toys...

Would love to get a weighted soft toy snake or similar to drape over shoulders/lap but can't find. Has anyone found one? He loves his heavy plastic money box owl full of coins but it hurts when he drips it on my his feet.

a gymn ball is the best and most heavily used toy/equipment we have ever bought.
Use it for physio & OT sensory therapy & its fun!

DD has a therapy peanut ball and though it was pricey it has been so worth it - much more stable than a round ball so safer - and she does loads of rolling around on it. Also we have a bean bag which is great and much used - got that second hand.

I'm going to have a look at that link for socks Poltergoose! DD will not wear any socks and it may be because of seams. I don't like sending her out in this cold weather without socks! She will only wear fleecy crocs but her little bare ankles poke out of them. Not that she minds though..
