Hi, my son has special needs and is incontinent at nights, but dry in the day. He is 8yrs old. We cannot get free nappies, but are struggling with the cost of adult ones. Does anyone know where we can buy/get any in the Cambridgeshire area? We have a vehicle, so can collect. Thank you.

Huggies Drynites and Pampers Underjams come in size 8-15 years and are available in most supermarkets. I used to get them off Amazon, but undfortunately, they're not available, at the moment. They're half price in ASDA, this week - about £3 for a pack of 9 for one brand and £3.50 for the other.

I think huggies do a night shorts for 4-8(?). Big anyway!

Why can't you get free nappies, TooTired? Your son has sn and needs them!

Tallwiv it's ridiculous but a child has to be incontinent day and night to get the nappies it's stupid and unfair but it's the rule

I find pajama pants and drynites leak really badly. I was wondering the same as ds1 is growing out of size 6 nappy pants and I'm having to use the aforementioned brands and do a lot of washing.

What other options are there?

I tend to order from Amazon when on offer. much cheaper than the supermarkets.

would this still fit? 40 nappies for a tenner + free delivery :-)

Agree with tallwivglasses my DS was 23 and started to wet the bed with seizures and the NHS provided him with pads. He does have Down Syndrome.
