Hi all,

I've heard good things all round about her at the day of hearing (I heard her communication isn't great, but she does ultimately get the job done)

Is she quite a fiesty advocate? My LEA solicitor is fiesty but respectful and not aggressive as some can be but all the same she does put up a fight and need someone equally as tough.

I would highly recommend Fiona: she has just won an indie SS placement for DS against both Herts LEA and BS (must have been one of their last outings). She is compassionate, highly sensitive, thoroughly organised and never panics. We found putting in phone appointments the easiest way to communicate with her in the run up. In Tribunal itself she comes into her own...knows your case backwards. She also knows the right people to help : so we had Ruth Birenbaum and Diane White (OT). I can never ever thank them all enough: truly outstanding
