I woke everyone at 7am on Christmas day! (I know, I get more excited than the kids!)

As expected ds half opened his presents and his rather expensive Nintendo pushed to one side, in favour of some Pokémon cards!

We had to go out for Christmas dinner, which didn't go down too well, ds didn't eat a thing. However the Nintendo came in handy and he was able to sit under the table, with headphones in, playing on it.

So how was yours?

Not bad all things considered, he had some awareness of something different going on, no significant behavioural problems apart from the usual everyday stuff and he is actually interested in some of the presents (especially the London Bus magazine I bought him, cheapest of all the presents and definitely the favourite!). He ate some turkey too!

Ds woke up at the normal time(7) but was very excited Santa had been.
He's played with all his presents but he's been poorly with a virus since 2 days before Christmas so he's slept lots over the holidaysHmm.
Behaviour has been fab and he's really gone with the flow.
His routine has been all over the
Place as he usually sees his gran everyday but she's been rushed into hospital a few days ago, he's been lovely for his sister tho who has really stepped up and looked after him while me and his dad have spent a lot of time at the hospital.
The only downside is he's now restricted his diet to just weetabix and coke as he's associated food/drink as making him sick( it was a virus) so looks like we are going to have a struggle again to increase his diet.
He's looking forward to the new year as he's got it into his head something special happens so I'm prepared for his disappointment when it's just another dayWink
Hope everyone else has had a relaxing time

Ours went really well considering we ate and spent most of the day at Dd1's house and this is totally out of Dd3's comfort zone. We took her tablet and headphones but actually she didnt need them.

It was made much easier by most of my family members deciding that actually it is ok for Dd3 to be who she is and for them not to have ridiculous expectations of her.

Ours was lovely but definitely couldn't be described as relaxing! DS bit DD pretty badly and has continued to refuse to do most of what we ask him to and has had a few toilet accidents. however my copy of explosive child has just arrived so bring it on 2014.

Both children liked their presents which was lovely. Favourites were little toy mice in tins and the toy shop my DH made.

Hurrah to acceptance from families tinsel.
