I have her CDC report come through, and its very positive, have decided to give it to her new nursery which she starts in sept, as pre-school has finished already. I really hope nursery dont pick up on anything what so ever with dd2. absolutly nothing. I have spent over 9months on a rollorcoaster of 'is she, isnt she', have taken to her CDC, SALT, hearing tests etc and tbh i dont care anymore.

dd2 is a lovely cheeky little girl with some AS traits. She seems to be coping fine, and right now i dont have any concerns.

so heres to a relaxing 6 weeeks with no interference from 'powers that be' and then prepare to possibly get back on that rollor coaster in september. tho i may turn down the ride.

spoke to spursmum today, and i said that i dont notice dd2 eccentricities anymore, but she 'reassured' that dd2 is still showing AS traits.

i gues si must be very used to her then

Sorry misdee a bit confused?

sorry, i mean i must just be used to dd2 and her 'ways' now. it sometimes take someone on the outside to point things out.

Aha I see

I think that as your dd get5s older it will become far more obvious if she has AS or not. We have only just received an asd dx for my dd and she will be 7 in August! We have been on that rollercoaster for 7 years so know what you mean. xx

it is becoming noticable already taht she is different from her peers. I am lucky in that the nursery she is going to is very well experienced, and they have said that if tyhey spot anything they will ask the EP to observe her.

her pre-school were shite tbh. i mean they pull me aside to ask to get her assessed, mention autism, ASD, then write to the paed to say no concerns at all.
