Luckily we have good phone receptions we're not that far in the sticks lol.
But it does make me worry if I want to go swimming with Al or something, tbh is think school panic a little bit with him, and is think he's cottoning onto that, if I'm sick,I get taken away and read to!!?

Mmm, nandos I only fancied chilli when I was pregnant with Al the hotter the better

isitme1 · 02/03/2014 10:33

With ds1 I ate loada of italian food
with ds2 couldn't really eat much
Atm im happy with nandos but cant stand curry which is a bit Hmm as its a main dish for 'us'. Dh has had curry every day for a while sometimes twice a day but I cant stand it. I've been living of pot noodles (off them now though)

YUK curry much to the rest much to the rest of families' disgust.

Giddypants · 02/03/2014 13:07

I'm not a curry person either, mum thought I was just being awkward as a child for not liking it as my brother did, and he didn't like stuff I did etc. but even now I'm not a big fan.

Giddypants · 02/03/2014 13:09

Posted too soon,
Al now has the vomiting bug, was up all night just sicking everywhere, even when he went to sleep he was dry retching in his sleep.
No temp which is one thing but just wants to boob and cuddle. Not eating anything either, tell me that's ok for a few days....

isitme1 · 02/03/2014 14:27

For a few days he should be ok as long as he still has wet and dirty nappies.

I know hes young (hes nearly one in a few months?)
but give him some ginger ale . You can get the cheap one for like 49p for a bottle. Does the trick here for us lot when we are ill with vomiting bug.

Ds has pulled open the cheese crackers (kiddie ones)

Sneezecakesmum · 03/03/2014 11:51

Update. Baby Al is right as rain, giddy is puking and running for England. I am keeping away Grin

isitme1 · 03/03/2014 12:55

Giddy get some ginger ale down ya!!
It really does work!

OP posts:
Giddypants · 03/03/2014 14:22

I think I've stopped puking now, but still going to the loo, but I think it's slowed down some. So thirsty, but don't want to gulp water just yet.
Thank god El and Al weren't this bad.
But it's hard trying to explain to Al that mummy doesn't want kicking in the tummy

Giddypants · 03/03/2014 14:23

Had some lukeazade I really can't have anything ginger

isitme1 · 03/03/2014 17:26

Glad your feeling a lil better

im at bit Confused about ds1. Salt thought he was borderline asd. Hes veeeerrryyy sensitive around a lot of things. He saw a fly at mums yesterday and he froze still and clenched his hands. Hes had them like that all night and all this morning. Hes very scared of almost everything. He will not let me wash him. Hes really scared of the bath but will have a shower when given choicw of bath or shower but will scream throughout it. I have to wipe him rather than wash him in the mornings and he thinks hes dirty when his hands and face are wet. Ive got in touch with salt again I just cant word it right. Im kinda lost for words regarding his behaviour.

We are not very knowledgable I know nothing about ASD so don't know what red flags there are. I've looked at people's kiddies and thought they were perfectly 'normal' only to be told they has ASD traits! ASD children sometimes have food aversions. But so do kids with severe reflux. Not much help sorry, but your -crap-- GP should refer for assessment.

Sad
isitme1 · 03/03/2014 19:44

He was supposed to go to clinical psychology but gp said when hes 5.
also sometimes (happening more and more) he just blanks everyone and everything around him.

Lmao dh has a visitor downstairs and I'm putting ds2 to bed. Ds1 went down (they are laughing) he shouts
whats so funny about (really pissed off lol)
his dad said come here and he said I have nap nap sorry boys!
Lmao.

His temp isnt coming down from 38.4 and he has +4 ketones in his wee which is what concerned the gp at walk in centre.

I hope it's just a vomiting bug, not nice but at least you know where you are and it will get better. Seems to be a lot of these bugs going round at the moment.

Seems to be one thing after the other with all these little tinkers!
