Hi just received my son iep which has cat 4 score on them , there's a marked difference in all areas in the scores could someone please explain the differences and what these mean . Would like to go in with some knowledge before asking to speak with the senco about these.

What do they indicate his strength and weaknesses lie .
Thank you for your help

Looked at this but all these people have high levels , looking at a more spike picture , with level on below average range . Want to know what learning skill be most useful with good nvr skill but lower vr and even lower quant.
Going to have to speak with senco cause picture that being presented , isn't the same one that these results indicate . He does work hard , but will need to up his game considerably to get c , with what these score indicate only 5% chance, that's if I'm interpreting these correctly. Which is weird as in year 8 ( was yr retained) in was on level fives for all subjects.

Personally, I would not fret too much over school CATs. There seems to be a massive margin of error, unlike a proper, individual IQ test with a qualified psychologist. They may be accurate for some and may indeed be accurate for your DS but they may well not be.
