So after what felt like the week from hell this week with posting ds2 evidence for statutory assessment and meeting with senco, though I could relax and enjoy my kids for a while until we get refused. Now this comes through the door yesterday. Ds2 has dyspraxia ( but no formal dx - why I don't know as he has lots of ot).
The baby is very like ds was. About four words, late to hit milestones, walks but falls over, spins in curled for no reason, runs / crawls into furniture to stop. Never raises hands to be picked up. Does not play with toys - just eats them and throws them. Doesn't respond to his name. Hates books. All in all he seems a bit better than than ds2 was as he climbs and is very strong.
Still I just don't know if I can handle this again. I will as I will have too but I don't want to do this again. It's been 4.5 ongoing hard years of fighting for my son and I have NOTHING to show for it ( bar the ot over the last three months). No dx, little understanding or support at school. Zero understanding at nursery.
Just hoping the baby isn't hyper mobile ( but doubt it - all the kids are)
