Complaint to the Secretary of State for Education

Has any one complained to the Secretary of State for Education under Section 497 of the Education Act 1996 about their LA acting unlawfully?

Any care to share their experiences of doing this?

Just a very quick update on this.

LGO have confirmed that they have now taken on my complaint and are now investigating this officially. I have had to provide a considerable amount of both written and verbal evidence to the LGO and as a consequence, the LGO are now actively pursuing my complaint.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me thus far. I would never have done it without the help of everyone on this thread.
